We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover. We accept checks in advance, but we will not ship product until we receive payment. We accept purchase orders; however, payment must be made by credit card or check before order is processed. Our minimums are usually even carton quantities.
Shipments usually leave warehouse same day, if ordered by 2:00 pm (CST) Monday through Friday. If an item is not in stock at the time of your order, we will call contact you. Shipping options include: Ground(2-4 business days), 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, or with a freight line for larger orders. Normally, we service the US and other territories. By adding your items to the shopping cart, then providing your deliviery zipcode, your exact shipping cost is calculated for each of the above choices. There is no need to provide any other information besides your destination zipcode to recieve shipping costs.
We accept returns as long as arrangements in advance. To make arrangements call us at 1-888-858-8412. Any returns are subject to return freight and a restocking charge. A credit for the order, minus freight and the restocking fee will be issued to the credit card used to place the order immediately after receipt of your return. To receive a refund, returns must be in resalable condition. Call us before returning any items, so that we can assist you.
